Main production equipments include two automatic product lines for elastic bar, two product lines for common spike and screw spike respectively, screw rolling machine, more than 30 sets of punch for different tonnage, 120 sets of mechanical processing equipment, 2 sets of temper electric furnace, one set of kneading machine, 2sets of concentrated rubber,4sets of 160T vulcanizing machine,2 sets of 100T vulcanizing machine, 2sets of 50T vulcanizing machine,2 sets of injection moulding machine, rubber, nylon as well as various inspection apparatus.

  We mainly involves in products as sate rail, subway, light rail:

(1)                more than 200types such as typefastener elastic bar, type elastic bar, various gauge block, common spike, frozen injury spike, adhesive insulated track rod, guard rail bolt, high intension fishbolt, guard rail shuttle, divided iron tie plate, of which 3#13#21# large roll adjustment gauge block are national brand new products. Five products of type fastener elastic bar has obtained the production license conferred by Railway Ministry, namely, elastic bar, gauge block, screw spike, nut and flap gasket.

(2)                New elastic integrative road bed rubber gumshoe for open track structure, thermoplasticity polyolefins elastic gumshoe, various under track insulated cushion rubber shim plate, bridge rubber steadier, nylon fittings, all are made under advanced domestic technology and scientific technics procedures.

We established the physics laboratory, chemical analysis room and has complete inspection detection methods and apparatus, such as the omnipotent hydraulic pressure tester, fatigue test for elastic bar, numerical control cutter, sclerometer, CS-902T high frequency infrared carbides & sulphur analyzer, metallography microscope, spectrophotometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, impulsion tester and so on.

It has passed certifications of the ISO9002 quality system. In order to meet the need of railway speed promotion, we favorably cooperated with some research institute like designing institute and professional institute in developing new products according to customers requirement and founded the basis to empolder further development.
